Elm Risk Management will be your appointed partner for Health and Safety Advice in the construction sector for a period of 12 months. We can be listed on all PQQ's, Tenders, Insurance, and Accreditation applications, ensuring compliance with health and safety services. Our support is available daily from 0800 to 1700, Monday to Friday, through phone calls, emails, and teams, with no limit on the frequency of communication. You will have a designated consultant as your direct line of support during the retained period. Additionally, we will provide you with a new health and safety policy (if needed) and any additional policies required under new health and safety law and guidance, including Risk Assessments and assistance with ISO management systems, starting from £750.00 per year.

Our ISO management systems, including 9001, 14001, and 45001, start from £1500 for one standard. We will collaborate with your business to understand its operations and develop a tailored system that meets your needs. Our health and safety services include support for design implementation, Construction Safety, and guidance through the external audit process. Additionally, we provide comprehensive health and safety advice and assist with risk assessments to ensure your organization operates safely and efficiently.

Risk assessment is a crucial management tool in ensuring the health and safety of workers and others, particularly within the realm of construction safety. We offer comprehensive health and safety services, including RAMS for your daily and specialized activities. By engaging with your workforce, we develop a tailored set of risk assessments and method statements to ensure projects are completed safely. Our pricing starts from £90.00, with more complex projects potentially requiring a site visit and consultation with project parties to gather accurate details for production.
Additionally, we provide Fire Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments, and Legionella Risk Assessments, all designed to align with ISO management systems and enhance your overall health and safety advice.

Site inspection with a comprehensive report starts from £200.00 per site. Please note that mileage and travel expenses may incur additional costs for site audits outside the Liverpool/Manchester area, with rates agreed upon before any work begins. Our health and safety audit will include a thorough site examination and the production of a detailed PDF report. We prioritize Construction Safety and will create subsequent action plans for reference and management by the responsible contractor. Additionally, we provide health and safety services such as Portable Appliance Testing, commissioning and servicing of Fire Extinguishers, and thorough examination of fall arrest equipment, including harnesses and lanyards. Our expertise also extends to Risk Assessments and ISO management systems to ensure your site remains compliant and safe.

The Construction Phase Plan includes a comprehensive site safety folder that features permits and inspection templates starting from £275.00. For more complex projects, a site visit and consultation may be necessary to gather accurate details. This is an essential part of our health and safety services, ensuring that every aspect of construction safety is effectively addressed.
To further support clients or principal contractors who might lack the time, expertise, or resources to comply fully with CDM 2015 regulations, we appoint a CDM Client Advisor. This expert provides health and safety advice, ensuring that all legal duties are met. Their responsibilities include the preparation of documentation, monitoring compliance with ISO management systems, and coordinating with designers and contractors throughout the project. By focusing on thorough risk assessments and actively managing health and safety, their involvement helps prevent delays, reduce risks, and create a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
